This is a Ted Talk by one of my favorite social psychologists, Dr. Daniel Gilbert.

Dr. Gilbert is a very dynamic and interesting speaker. He presents information in a clear and entertaining manner, so you learn quite a bit, but also enjoy yourself while you’re learning. It’s no wonder that he is one of the most popular professors at Harvard University.

I’d encourage you to watch the video if you have the time.

If you want to learn more about Dr. Gilbert and find more of his Ted Talks, you can go to his own website: http://www.danielgilbert.com/.
