Please find out about The Path, an IFS-informed online support program for people struggling with any type of addiction.

"PATH is an international community centered on improving the lives of people all over the world struggling with addiction and its underlying trauma. As a voice for recovery, we bring individuals together, creating compassionate communities where people can grow and thrive. We offer free online support groups, free and paid events, and a variety of resources for recovery."


One of the best features of this organization is that it offers support groups on Zoom that anyone can join. These are the groups listed with the days and times (EST):


  • Wednesdays at 7:30pm - 9:00pm -- All Parts/All addictions

  • 1st & 3rd Monday of the month at 11:00am - 12:30pm -- Meditation

  • Sundays 5:30pm - 7:00pm -- Support group for women

  • Fridays 9:00am - 10:30am -- Support group for women

  • Sundays 8:00am - 9:30am -- Support group for men

  • Tuesdays 12:30pm - 2:00pm -- Support group for therapists, coaches, and other health professionals

  • Thursdays 11:00am - 12:30pm -- PGM support group (look for description on the site)
